Our Special Projects Division (SPD) was formed specifically to handle smaller and more specialized projects. With SPD we can provide clients the same professional quality construction services typically only available to projects that are large in scope.

Special Services
Through this Division we provide services to oversee and complete projects that might otherwise require direct involvement of the project owner with multiple subcontractors and suppliers. We can prevent details from falling through the cracks because no one either knew about them or took responsibility for their completion. SPD allows us to assume responsibility and liability for all aspects of the construction project. The owner is now assured of the timely completion of a professionally supervised construction project where the schedule and costs were determined in advance.

Consultation Services
Construction can be confusing and costly, especially if you don't deal with it everyday. With this service we'll review your plans and budget or help you develop them. We partner with you to provide the answers to the questions you have now and those you'll come to have as the process moves forward.
