R. A. Williams Construction Co., Inc. provides services for new construction and renovation / rehabilitation projects in Kentucky and surrounding states. We have the ability and experience to serve as general contractor, construction manager or as a design/build provider. We self perform several trades to insure quality and availability of resources. Often we are called upon to work with an owner to develop a preliminary budget and provide construction expertise in advance of any construction activity. Our "value engineering" process has revived many projects. Bringing a project into budget while maintaining a high degree of curb appeal and maintenance free design is a specialty for which we are well known. A cartoon on the desk of one of our managers says it all, the scene shows two construction workers looking over a newly completed and obviously leaning building.
